Absolutely the rudest and outright mean people I've ever been talked at a businessI was kind and corporative the entire time and apologetic because my foundation of car knowledge is very lowBut I was treated like a major hassle and inconvenience and talked to like I was an itThe person I spoke to on the phone in the beginning was very friendly and the sole reason I chose to go to this shop even though they were slightly higher then several places I calledBut after the way I was treated and talked to following my initial phone call made me wish I had never stepped foot in thereBy the end of the transaction I didn't even care if my car was fixed I just wanted to never have to deal to them again
Took car in to repair oil leak on BMW XStill leaks oil and shop damaged vehicle
On January 25th I left my BMW XVfor repair after what the BMW book called for hours of laborWe were told the week of February 1st that car should be ready by FridayWe heard nothingThe week of February 8th, My husband went to All about Auto Repair and talked to Owner *** *** to find out what problem was, and found one side was still not doneHe was ASSURED that there would not be an oil leak and it would be doneMy husband finally got out of them that they had tried to use non oem parts and they didn't work, as well as they didn't have a tool they needed to work on it and had to order it On February 11th, we were told car was readyAt 5:when we arrived and started the car, the fan kicked on and was hitting shroudI was told then that the mechanic working on it must have broken it and not informed OwnerI told him then that mechanic was not to touch my car further
I've gone to this shop for just about everything They have never tried to just take me for money and actually have told me I didn't need certain things I thought I did and was radially willing to pay for I feel like I can trust them and that's hard to find in a shop these days
