7/26/2017They picked up the vehicle last night with the new plates and all new detail and repairthey had a loaner vehicle the entire time we worked on it They are driving the car now and happy I initially asked if they wanted to return it and they said no ! Ive done everything that I could possibly do to make this customer happy Sincerely All about auto

Hello , This is Frank from All About Auto Wholesale > I have set up many appointments for Mrs [redacted] in order to resolve the DEQ Issue with her vehicle I have now Heard from an outside repair company which Mrs [redacted] has taken the vehicle They have sent me a bill for dollars I am currently in contact with the repair facility in order to come up with a resolutionMrs [redacted] continually expressed that she wanted her car repaired but would not leave it with us long enough to cycle the sensors At this point I would like to know what exactly she would like us to do so we can reach a resolution in this matter Best Regards Frank S [redacted] GM ALL ABOUT AUTO LLC [redacted] cell

I am rejecting this response because:Yes, I picked up the vehicle, am I happy? No, because nothing has been fixedThe transmission light still flashes and the transmission acts up going around corners, trying to stop the vehicle for meThe tires weren't replaced, the dash lights still come of and the dash actually stopped working after we leftI'm done dealing with the businessAlso, if they actually would've asked if I wanted to return it, I would've given them the keys right then and thereThe only time returning the vehicle came up was when Glen came up to me to take the keys out of my handsSoNo, I'm not happy but I don't trust any of those employee's to keep to their word

Hello,We did sell *** *** a vehicleAt the time of purchase she had no license and was instructed to get a license to complete the transactionWe obtained the financing for her through credit concepts finance company and with out the license that she promised to get we were unable to
finalize the financingAt this point she was avoiding our phone calls and when she did answer she told us that she would get the information we needed and with no follow through we finally asked for the car backShe showed up with no vehicle and notified us that she had driven our car with no license and wrecked the vehicleWe towed the vehicle here and unwound the car deal and refunded her down paymentAll complaints have been satisfied.Thank You TimSales Manager

This response to my claim is false. I have taken the car back 3 times. Where the odometer is it said "gascap" your business/ mechanic couldn't or wouldn't buy a gascap. Frank never approved or paid a bill for 1400.00. Your company is so incompetent that they couldn't even do the math right for taxes and licensing fees that were suppose to be rolled into my loan. Which cost me more out of pocket. So the car is fixed. The repair bill is 613.00 I want reimbursement for that. Licensed and registration fee of 201.00 for their mistake in calculating said fees. And another $200.00 for my anxiety of driving illegal for a month because they couldn't fix it the three times they had it. Two trip permits expired. Worst customer service ever! I will forward all documents proving they had the car for over 4 weeks total. Which is more than enough time to fix any problems. All About Auto had no intention of making said repairs, that's why the complaint.Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]
