I called this company to ask for their mailing addressThey refused to give it to meDid you know that you can't post a review about a company on Google or Yelp without a physical address? Hmmno wonder you can't find any reviews on this companyIn my opinion, any company who refuses to give out their address has something to hide
In March 2015, I attended a work conference in OrlandoDuring the trip, our company hosted an dinner & entertainment event for the participants of the conference at the Splitsville Lanes in Downtown DisneyOrlando Prestige Limos were hired to transport guests from the hotel to the event and back to the hotel after the eventThe initial shuttles sent to pick up guests at the hotel was lateThankfully the event was within walking distance (minutes) so most guests inclduing myself walkedThe event was sponsored from 7PM to 12AMOrlando Prestige Limos provided two large suhttle buses for our group which were there promptly at AMFive group members, including myself, got on one of the buses just moments after AMAround 12:AM, we asked the bus driver if he could take us back to the hotel as it was clear no one else from our party was leaving at this time and there was a second bus they could takeThe driver refused to leave until the bus was at least half full (which would take a minimum of 15-people)Finally after waiting over an hour, no additional guests had arrived to either of the buses we again asked the driver to lake us back to the hotelHe again refused to leaveIt was well after AM and at this point we were tired and just wanted to get back to the hotelWe got off the bus and walked into the parking lot and signaled down a local taxi driver to take us back to the hotelFour of us squeezed into a standard taxi to get back to the hotelMy company was extremely dissatisfied with the service and contacted Orlando Prestige and was even more dissatisfied with their responseI am extremely dissatisfied with my experience as wellI know that my company and I will never recommend or use this Orlando Prestige again!
