RUDE!!!!!!!!!!! I called for service this morning (via AAA) and 1st it took them about 3 hours to get to my house. The guy that showed up was nice but kept saying no one showed up for work, that is why it took him so long, he's the only service guy on the road. What? And this is a AAA business? They ended up towing my car & I was called about 4:20pm & informed the car was finished & they would bring it back to me. He said all the trucks were out so it would "be a while". 8pm I just called to inquire - they were supposed to call me & tell me when they were coming as I had to sign something. I have been home the entire time (no car, where was I to go?). First the guy who answered the phone said the car was delivered to Lake Forest. Then he got the driver on the phone & the driver said he rang the doorbell & walked around the house & no one was home. I have 2 large dogs that bark at everything - no way he did that without me knowing. Never got a call (um, I wouldn't be calling asking about my car if they had called me), he told me he didn't have a # to call. What? They must've called me 6x today! The driver (Shawn) was RUDE, RUDE & RUDE. Then called me HONEY. Really? That is how you speak to customers? He left the car in my driveway, no call, keys on the front seat...for anyone to take.
