Review: My auto was towed to the Shop beginning of Sept because it would not engaged in gear. Sept 9 I returned and was told the car was fixed. Three miles from the shop I needed to call AAA since the problem of not being able to shift gears reoccurred. After 6 more times and after each visit I was being told the problem was my driving, All About Autos sent a check to cover labor which was $190 and told me not to contact them ever again.I then took it to be repaired elsewhere and that was Sept 26, As of yet the vehicle drives without any problem.My complaint is All About Autos work on my car was repeated by Atlas Transmissions and I feel I should be compensated fully for the cost of parts, $210. I requested Atlas to save all the parts they installed. I have those and will be glad to offer them to All About Autos since they did not repair the vehicle to my satisfaction, as their slogan "Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed". Desired Settlement: Clutch R&R $210 Labor $190 Refunded $190 only Request full refund.
