All About Care

Hello, I would first like to say that this company started off well with good intentions on helping us find companion care for our daughter & everything was going well however, the young lady who was assigned to us suddenly had to end services due to her husband being in the military & they had to moveThere was no given notice until the next day after she provided services for our daughterGoing forward, we decided to continue similar services but with a new care provider with All About CareThis is where they (All About Care) in my opinion did NOT careI immediately called the company about the provider who left us (which by the way they never called about the girl leaving to see if we would like a replacement) & I was told that they would be able to find a replacementI mentioned that we wouldn't need services again until after Aug20th as we had family from out of town coming inAfter the 20th came, I heard nothing from this companyNo follow up call or emailI called them numerous times on both lines from the card & the operations/customer service manager of which email were sent to him and voicemailsI was finally able to speak with the operation mgrto setup a meet & greet with a new care providerI met up with the person who did not meet what we thought would be a good matchNot to say that person is not a good care provider but she did not fit with what we had previously before upon started servicesAlmost weeks later (after the meet & greet) again after leaving emails & phone messages to speak about the meet & greet & request a different person, I spoke with the operations mgronly to be told that they do not at this time have anyone else who fit the need we requested & was trying to up sale the young lady whom I explained the reasons why we declined her servicesI even stated that she might be a backup sitter & that if they find someone who meets our criteria, to please contact me This company has poor follow up customer servicesThey do not promptly reply to emails, voicemails or messages They knew we had no care provider & was still looking for assistance from the companyIn the end I just truly felt that they did NOT CAREI am very disappointed to have to start a new search all over again but with a different companyThey gave me other business referrals that might be able to helpWhy didn't you just do that in the first place if you knew you couldn't help They really need to step up the customer service for situations like this or any other help that a client might need AND check email & voicemails in a timely mannerI stated to them that I am still open to using them but they also need to listen because the operations mgracted like I was just starting out with the company & asked what I neededWe basically was looking for the same services as the previous care provider with the same availability & the same physical requirements we asked forIsn't that a reasonable request? I am not trying to be rude or belittle All about CareI just want to leave feedback about my experience & concerns regarding how they handled our situationIf you are considering this company please beware when it comes to their customer serviceThey need to readjust it is all I am sayingSorry for being repetitive with the last part
