Mr [redacted] cancelled his appointment for Oct.27th without hours noticeI explained to him we require hours notice for cancellations, we were able to re-schedule for NovI did not charge him because we re-scheduled, even though I was not able to fill this appointment losing revenueAt this time I did make him aware of the cancellation policy, which is also on our website and in all phone book adsI was not rude or nasty in any way and I have the call recorded if anyone would like to hear itO n NovI arrived at Mr [redacted] house at the scheduled time but no one was homeI called the number I was given but was home phone so only got answering machineI waited for a half hour to make sure he wasn't just running late but he never showed upThis is considered a cancellation without hours notice for which I chargeMr [redacted] cancelled appointments on me before he was charged and he was made aware of the policy, so there will be no refundTo Mr [redacted] you made a mistake by oversleeping this is not my faultI do not appreciate you filing this bogus complaint and saying I was rude to you, that is a lie and like I said all calls are recorded so I am going to contact my attorney concerning these slanderous comments!It was you who was rude to me telling me to get off your property! The feeling is mutual I do not want to business with you either
I am rejecting this response because:
I do not remember any mention of cancellation policy when I made the original appointmentIf it had been made available to me then I would not have done business with this company in the first placeAs I said before my job has a lot of last minute changes in my scheduleNo mention of cancellation policy is mentioned on the original invoice on the appointment completed in May
