I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not
resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Per our phone conversation today, we have not heard anything from All About Cleaning since your 4/17/notice of their reply that they were in process of filing a claim with their insurance company It should not take this long to get a claim processed It seems that they are stalling, as Ms*** told us in December shortly after the table was damaged that she was filing a claim and never did What is our next step?

All About Cleaning is conducting unethical and discriminatory pricing for its cleaning services.
I have been using All About Cleaning for nearly five years to clean my home 2 to 3 times per month. Upon hiring them, Maria D[redacted] (the owner) quoted me a price for 2 hours of cleaning and 3 hours of cleaning and we agreed what the cleaners would do for those times. The pricing was the same as what she charges my neighbor across the street for the exact same size home.
In the beginning, I had the same two cleaners and they did very well most of the time. Then I wanted afternoon appointments, so I got a different crew and not always the same one. These crews didn't do as well, but fine for the most part. During a 2-hour cleaning, they didn't clean a portion of my home which is what we agreed to. During the 3-hour they cleaned my entire house and almost every time the left between 5 and 10 minutes early, which bothered me a little since I was paying for 3 hours of cleaning, but occasionally they stayed 5 or so minutes longer when doing a 2 hour, so it all worked out in the end. A couple years ago, Maria then switched to three cleaners in the crew cleaning in a shorter amount of time, but still paying the same rates. She increased her prices overall by $7 about a year ago.
When All About Cleaning switched to three cleaners in a crew, I noticed their quality of service went down. When I shared that with Maria, her response was always they couldn't clean my house in the amount of time (shorter), but I reminded her when there were only 2 it was fine.
More recently, Maria has been soliciting feedback from me after every cleaning, in prior years, it was only when she would switch crews or something, but now it's all the time. I have always been honest with her, but all my complaints have been about dusty rags, cleaning the drains better, not replacing all the trash can liners, and toilet seats. Plus, I also shared how many different cleaners I've had and that it's hard for them to get familiar with my home if they keep changing. Finally, one other complaint I had was when they would show up 30 minutes early. I prepare for their arrival doing sheets and picking up and I cannot have them arrive that early. That's it! Nothing major or harsh.
Just last week, after I gave some really basic feedback when she asked for it, Maria came back and told me that due to the size of my home her crew can no longer clean it for the price we agreed to and that they feel rushed to get it done. The new prices (bi-weekly, every 3 weeks and monthly) were $30 to $60 more than what I pay her now. She explained that she charges for homes my size this amount, but when I checked with my number across the street who lives in the exact same size house, they were not given this change. This is completely unethical and discriminatory business practice to raise my price and not my neighbors and to do it without legitimate reason. We agreed to 2 and 3 hours of cleaning, not based on my house square footage and my house has not changed, only her cleaning crews. I feel she is discriminating against me for giving negative feedback on her cleaners or something. She has never once asked if she could come to my home while they are cleaning to watch them and see if there could be problems with them. I do not understand how after nearly five years, my house is now too big. Lastly, I just looked on Yelp and a review from February 2016 said she is charged $96 for two hours of cleaning, which is the same as I was being charged. Nothing about the square footage of her home.

We are in the process of filing a claim with our insurance company and will follow up once the claim is processed.
