I previously submitted a negative review of All About Coins, and I'd like to update / edit the review Originally I was upset because a day quoted lead time stretched well past days After I complained that contacted me to explain my order was delayed due to Chinese New years celebration and a Factory Shutdown in China where the coins were made When the coins arrived I noticed a mistake I made in my design and wanted a re-order They gave me a 30% discount even though it was my fault, and they were very helpful In spite of early logistics issues I think the team here in the US is top notch and has great customer service
I ordered 50 custom coins on 3/16/2015 and was quoted a standard lead time of 10 days when I ordered it. 10 days later I asked for a UPS tracking number and was told my ship date was 4/6. They apologized for the delay. On 4/9 I still hadn't received anything and got no notice my order would be even later. I sent an Email and am waiting on a reply. Friendly and helpful customer service rep, but their execution and delivery is poor. I may update this review to a formal complaint if my coins never arrive.
