Owner of this company was the only professional to respond to my online request through a search to find someone to clean our chimney He contacted me by phone twice and we set an appointment for the chimney cleaning He arrived, did the work of pulling out the stove, cleaning the chimney and even ran a camera up the chimney to inspect for damage and gave us a detailed explanation, including pictures he took of our chimney from the roof, of some issues needing repairs He also explained to us that our wood burning insert was not installed properly and was not up to code since it did not have a direct connect liner in the chimneyWe bought the house with the stove already in place, so did not know thisWe felt he was very thorough and conscientious to dateHe gave us estimates for both issues...repair of masonry on roof and insertion/installation of new stainless steel liner We chose to give him a down payment for both jobs I have faith that he will fulfill his obligations to us as he seemed very knowledgeable and answered all our questions He did not pressure us to get the work done, but simply laid out the information for us to discuss I will follow up here with any issues or praise after completion
