Below is my statement in reference to ID# [redacted] #ffffff;"> Appleton BioLife Plasma Services always pays donors the correct fees based on the fee structure for a given month The payment system is an automated system that calculates each donation per week and month of a given donor During the month in question (January) the center ran a $bonus on the 6th and 7th donation and $bonus on the 8th donation of the month Ms [redacted] donated a total of times in January (1/4, 1/7, 1/11, 1/18, 1/22, 1/25, 1/30) The donation she is referencing was completed on 2/which was not part of January and therefore does not count toward the bonus She was also incredibly rude to the Appleton staff She refers to me in her statement as the person she encountered I am the Center Manager My staff does not involve me in a situation unless the donor becomes unruly She had come in earlier that week and dropped her child off at the supervised play area Her son wanted the playroom attendant to change the TV station to accommodate him We have a policy in place that we always accommodate the youngest person in the play room with the TV show as this has been a concern before This way we guarantee the show displayed is always appropriate for any person in the room When the play room attendant told her and her son she would not change the TV station based on this reasoning the women became unruly and one of my Center Supervisors had to step in to calm her Then on February 1st when she was not given the $bonus that she was not entitled to she again became unreasonable so my Center Supervisor asked me to talk to her I was in no way rude to her but simply held my ground and refused to pay her She became extremely upset and called me a swear word that she referenced in her statement I never raised my voice but simply told her I was not budging as I felt she was trying to bully me into giving into her She asked me also if I was aware that my staff was rude to her I did inform her that I did not believe any of my staff was rude to her since I could see by the way she was treating me that she was not pleasant to work with I do not regret my decision to not pay her In all actuality I could have permanently removed her from the program for swearing at me but did not because I was trying to be as kind as I could be given the situation She references in her statement that she does not plan on returning to the facility yet has donated times (2/6, 2/8, 2/19, 2/21) since the encounter on February 1st [redacted] Center Manager BioLife Plasma Services Baxter Healthcare [redacted] ** [redacted] ** [redacted]

During the month in question (January) the center ran a $10 bonus on the 6th and 7th donation and $20 bonus on the 8th donation of the month. Ms. [redacted] donated a total of 7 times in January (1/4, 1/7, 1/11, 1/18, 1/22, 1/25, 1/30). The donation she is referencing was completed on 2/1 which was not part of January and therefore does not count toward the bonus. She was also incredibly rude to the Appleton staff.
