Review: Brian ** W[redacted], the owner of All About Construction, was a licensed contractor in VA. whose work on our house in Maryland (on an unlicensed basis unbeknownst to us) resulted in us suffering large financial losses and significant distress.

From initiation of the project with Brian to when we terminated with Brian, Brian took 10 months for a 5-month renovation job but was less than half-way complete. We paid Brian a total of approximately $163 thousand. Of that amount, we have had to incur over $100 thousand in costs to remediate Brian's work which was either not done as specified and paid for or was so poor it needed to be repeated. We have incurred additional costs related to Brian's work including storage and plumbing fees related to the fact that Brian misrepresented the true state of the plumbing needs in his license to the county.Desired Settlement: Refund for 121,546, which equals the cost of remediation, the extra plumbing fees, and the cost of storage above and beyond when Brian was supposed to have readied the house.
