We responded to the complaint that the operator was not working properlyOur technician verified that the safety sensors and the automatic downforce on the operator was working and that the installation of the Genie garage door operator was done properlyWe have contacted the NW representative for
Genie to do a third party inspection of the operator before doing anything further

After we were contacted by Mrs*** we sent an experienced technician out to verify correct installation of the Genie garage door operator and verify operation of the safety sensors and check the that the operator was working properly and did not find any problem with the operatorMrs*** was not happy with thatI contacted the Genie representative and asked for a Genie to investigate and was contacted by a representative who was going to have an assesment doneWe are waiting for the results of the assesment before proceding furtherOur owner also went out to the property and looked at the damage and agreed with the technicianAs soon as we get the results of the assesment our owner will contact the customer and go over the results

After the the garage door opener was installed the garage door came off its track several times. I have an email from my tenant substantiating this that I received one month after the garage door opener was installed.  Previous to the installation
by All About Doors there was never a problem of this nature.  All about Doors acknowledged that there was a loose bolt after the installation of the garage door opener.   I feel strongly that All About Doors is not taking responsibility for what had occurred and the damage this resulted from this the installation of the product they installed (the door completely coming off the track and crashing into a utility vehicle).
I am concerned not only for myself and my tenants' safety, but for future mishaps of this nature that could result in physical injury if this company does not determine what caused this to occur and change their installation practices.
