Good Afternoon, In response to the complaint forwarded to me I would like to clarify the following facts The final completion date in September was the date requested by the customer The final install included a ft section along with a 4' gate Upon opening the gate from the packaging which remained wrapped while the pool was completed it was discovered that the gate was shipped with the incorrect hinges Also at that time, the original placement of the gate was changed so an extra post needed to be ordered The hinges needed had to be ordered and had an approx day eta which resulted in the October install date All About Fencing did install a temporary ornamental iron fence to assure the customer was able to complete inspection for the pool and also compensated the customer for the delay of the hinges Once the gate was installed the damages (scratches and scuffs on the vinyl) were pointed outIt was also pointed out that that a few of the channels at the ends of the panels had been broken and or cut incorrectly All About Fencing took pictures and informed the customer that we were going to try and get credit for the gate since it had been wrapped up until the day of install and that that may take a little bit of time It was also agreed that All About Fencing would replace the u channels (approx of them) In late November All About Fencing had communication that was initiated by the customer that the gate replacement had been approved and the gate was being ordered Again in mid-December the customer called to check up and All About Fencing informed customer that we would be working out of the area until after the 1st of the year so tentatively we would install and complete the installation on the channels mid-January (no exact date set.) On Approximately January 15th the customer called and was told we could install at the end of the week The sales person in the office had been mis-informed about the actual shipment and receiving of the gate and mis-informed the customer that the gate was in when in reality the owner had requested the gate not be shipped on the original order date to assure it did not get damagedOnce made aware, installer was informed by the supplier that the gate was not in stock and that it would have to be fabricated and the eta would be approximately one week The new install completion date was set for 1/at which time the gate had not been received so the installers went ahead and replaced the channels and said they would be out to replace as soon as it came in On 2/the new gate was installed, the customer also noticed more channels that needed to be replaced and it was agreed that the installer would order parts and be back out on 2/to replace Installer will also be replacing one pickett and one rail at that time As of today 2/the parts have been received and the installer left a message for the customer that we will be on on the 13th to complete As far as the lifetime warranty, [redacted] representatives have been out to the customers house and have reassured them on the warranty along with All About Fencing All About Fencing Representative apologized for the delays and the mis-communications on their end that caused undue stress to the customer and is taking care of all issues

opening the gate from the packaging which remained wrapped while the pool was completed it was discovered that the gate was shipped with the incorrect hinges. Also at that time, the original placement of the gate was changed so an extra post needed to be ordered. The hinges needed had to be ordered and had an approx 7 day eta which resulted in the October install date. All About Fencing did install a temporary ornamental iron fence to assure the customer was able to complete inspection for the pool and also compensated the customer 250.00 for the delay of the hinges. Once the gate was installed the damages (scratches and scuffs on the vinyl) were pointed out. It was also pointed out that that a few of the channels at the ends of the panels had been broken and or cut incorrectly. All About Fencing took pictures and informed the customer that we were going to try and get credit for the gate since it had been wrapped up until the day of install and that that may take a little bit of time. It was also agreed that All About Fencing would replace the u channels (approx 8 of them) In late November All About Fencing had communication that was initiated by the customer that the gate replacement had been approved and the gate was being ordered. Again in mid-December the customer called to check up and All About Fencing informed customer that we would be working out of the area until after the 1st of the year so tentatively we would install and complete the installation on the channels mid-January. (no exact date set.) On Approximately January 15th the customer called and was told we could install at the end of the week. The sales person in the office had been mis-informed about the actual shipment and receiving of the gate and mis-informed the customer that the gate was in when in reality the owner had requested the gate not be shipped on the original order date to assure it did not get damaged. Once made aware, installer was informed by the supplier that the gate was not in stock and that it would have to be fabricated and the eta would be approximately one week. The new install completion date was set for 1/28 at which time the gate had not been received so the installers went ahead and replaced the channels and said they would be out to replace as soon as it came in. On 2/6 the new gate was installed, the customer also noticed more channels that needed to be replaced and it was agreed that the installer would order parts and be back out on 2/13 to replace. Installer will also be replacing one pickett and one rail at that time. As of today 2/11 the parts have been received and the installer left a message for the customer that we will be on on the 13th to complete. As far as the lifetime warranty, [redacted] representatives have been out to the customers house and have reassured them on the warranty along with All About Fencing. All About Fencing Representative apologized for the delays and the mis-communications on their end that caused undue stress to the customer and is taking care of all issues.
