All About Gifts & Baskets

I ordered 2 baskets that were over $100 and my grand children never received them. I've reached out to the company and have not heard back. This is a lot of money and these are hard times with the quarantine. I would have never ordered these if I could have shopped for them on my own. I better get a refund!

Ordered an almost $75.00 basket of toys for my Granddaughters on 5 April 2020. On 10 April 2020, this company took the money out of my account. It is now 20 April 2020 and I still have not received my purchase. And yes I have called and was only told that the order is in process and then directed to watch the shipping of it on-line. According to the website they send you to for shipping, this basket has not had one thing done yet. Now when you call them, they have a recording where they tell you that due to high number of calls, they will take your name and number and call you back within an hour. Almost two hours later, I call again and get the same message so Ieave my name and number again. You can no longer wait on the line to speak to a representative! I truly think they have stole my money and have no intention of sending a basket. I will never use this company again!!! And I would have left no stars but this website makes you select one!!

MINUS STARS!! I only gave one because it won't let you proceed without picking at least one. I ordered a basket on 4.4.20 and it is now the 15th. NO communication from the company and everytime I try to look up the status of the order I get redirected to an error page. Such a waste!! Don't order from here.

This place is horrible. I ordered an Easter basket 3 weeks in advance and it was never delivered. Customer service claimed they would rectify it with the shipper and never did. Furthermore when asked for an update they never responded until after Easter!! They make false guarantees in their advertising! Do not trust this business!

Rechecked in customer service does not fill the role properly!!

I placed an order on a Friday night called the company Saturday because I wanted to cancel the order, their customer service was closed but the recording said toe leave a message and they would get back to me. I also sent an email asking to cancel the order no response. Called Monday morning once again had to leave multiple messages and send out multiple emails. No response or call back from anyone. Terrible customer service.

Grandson in Phoenix said cookies were yummy. Everything sent was top notch.

Really beautiful bouquet. It was just like the picture! It arrived within 48 hours. Right on time for Valentine?s Day - The packaging was perfect. I Was nervous ordering from across the country hoping it would be on time.
As a matter of fact This twizzler bouquet was so good looking my boyfriend never opened it- it?s now his table centerpiece! I can?t wait to order from you again.

I purchase many corporate gifts and was bored getting the same standard things when I really wanted to express our joy or appreciation. My receiver was delighted with the Baby Boy Wagon! The options for all occasions are warm & personal and any gift for a child that includes a wagon is a winner! The cost is very fair and I was able to ship immediately. Love this site! For Valentine's I wanted to send my Boyfriend a gift but couldn't decide what it should be. I ran across a picture of a Twix candy bouquet and clicked on it which took me to All About Gifts and Baskets. They are reasonably priced, delivery was fast and arrived on time and in great condition. It even looked like the picture lol. I highly recommend and will buy again.

We purchased the Hunny Bunny's New Baby Girl Gift Basket for a co-worker after she had her daughter. She LOVED it and it made a great impression and definitely stuck the right note. The order was delivered when promised and we were kept up to date in the process.

Purchased the movie night basket for my brother's family, for Christmas... they seemed to love it and the idea! Thinking it'll be a great idea for some other friends of mine as well!!

It's difficult to find gift baskets geared toward children, but this is the place to get one!!
My friend's little boy had his tonsils out and I wanted to send something special for him to get at his house and the basket that was sent was FILLED with tons of toys, games, snacks, workbooks, etc. that he and his brothers all enjoyed!
It came beautifully wrapped, which was a surprise because I had no idea it would come so beautifully packaged.
My friend was so appreciative for the special gift and all the activities that kept him happy and distracted from his discomfort from surgery.

I was looking to cheer up a little girl I know who has been having a very rough year--She, her mom and her sister live in Wyoming---I live in Minnesota -- I meet them through a mutual friend in Iowa! All of us mothers have children with autism. Katelyn (8 yrs old) and her sister Kassie (12 yrs) are autistic and their mom is a single mom --all three of been going through a LOT this year-including some major medical issues. Had been wanting to be able to "reach out" and help them, especially Katelyn -- and your "A Smile Today Kids Gift box" was the perfect gift--gave her things to play with - and I hear she even shared some of it with her sister. Per her mom, it really brightened her day!--THANKS for all your help in being to "reach out" long distance with a perfect gift!!

I ordered a breast cancer gift basket for my second cousin who lives back home. My life here is busy and I wish I could be there more for her. I am glad my extended family and her church family are helping her. This was the perfect gift from me to make me feel like I can be part of her health journey. It has items that she needed and items that were fun. Just the right balance of inspiration.

Make sure you read their policies carefully. I sent a Birthday Organic Fruit Basket to my Uncle in Florida. It came to him with damaged fruit. All About Gifts & Baskets said my Uncle in Florida had to take pictures of the damaged fruit and send it to them. Really, this old man doesn't even have a smart phone and you want me to have him send pictures? This place is a joke. I ordered a basket from them last year and had it sent to him with no problems. Any other FTD company would have either credited me or sent out replacement fruit for the items damaged. Will never order from them again!!!!!
