Jim is very fair and honest He is very professional and knowledgeable He took the time to run pipes straight, and neat He took the time to properly repair my air conditioning A-coil bracing, which was beyond the scope of the job (furnace replacement) He is excellent with communications This is the 2nd furnace I have had him do in years He took the time to clean up and keep the work site neat I am very happy with his work, and would use him again
