All About Home Services (operated by Eric W***) does SUPERB work! Eric and his assistant cleaned my whole house including 2 sets of stairs. Since moving into my home 14 years ago, my carpet is cleaner now than it was then! They evaluated what was needed to be done and Eric made sure it was done! I was so impressed that I invited them back a week later to clean my upholstery. I will never use another company for the services they provide!

I hired this company based off of reviews onlineHe scheduled us on a Saturday at 12:and called us at 12:25pm to tell us he would be hours lateWe told him to call before he came and he just showed up when we were not home and left without callingHours later he came back to our home around 6-7pm to do our carpetsThe room instantly flooded with a smoke smell when they turned on the vacuums in our homeHe agreed that there was a smell and treated that area with a deodorizerWeeks later our house still has a horrific smell that was not present prior this cleaningThe carpet is only a year old and well taken care ofI called him due to this concern and he told me he could come out and charge us to deodorizeI asked him why the carpets smelled where he already applied it and he told me because he only applied a small amount and not the full amount and that he could come back out to charge us for the full treatmentThe carpets still had debris that was never vacuumed up (he told me not to vacuum prior to his arrival) which I wish I would have because I’m certain our vacuum would have done a better job and does not smell of cigarette smokeDo your research folks! We will be hiring a professional to redo our carpets
