Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: His phone was not shut off the first time my husband called him and he said he would come out This is not the first time he has failed to come out when we call him He always has an excuses My husband did replace the siding by his self, but he is years old and to get on a ladder is not safe at all for him I'm just afraid next time we call we will get the same excuses If you run a business I'm sure you can not go weeks with out a phone Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I went to their house and knocked on their door after not finding any
missing sidingI left a buisness card in their front door after no one answered.I have sent a message to *** *** informing her that I did stop bye to repair the issue at hand and found it had been reoaired and offered to reimburse them for any out of pocket expense for repair.I also stated that their warranty is still good and will always be honored.*** and *** *** have been good clients and I hope to regain their trust in us

I am rejecting this response because:  His phone was not shut off the first time my husband called him and he said he would come out.  This is not the first time he has failed to come out when we call him.  He always has an excuses.  My husband did replace the siding by his self, but he is 68 years old and to get on a ladder is not safe at all for him.  I'm just afraid next time we call we will get the same excuses.  If you run a business I'm sure you can not go 2 weeks with out a phone.

I would like to provide an apology. My phone was cut off and I was not able to respond. I was also short on staff. I will visit the customer today or tomorrow.

This matter has not been resolved.  No one has contacted me.
