All About Kitchens

Review: I had All About Kitchens install 800 sq. feet of a wood simulated tile plank . At time of installation we noticed about 30 tiles having a distinct hollow sound when walked on. I was told by the owners this was normal.we are now noticing the grout starting to separate because of the flexing in the tile do to no adhesion of the tile to to the concrete sub floor.I tried talking to the owners concerning this problem and was told they would do nothing to rectify the problem.I have had several flooring experts look at the job and tell me my issue is NOT normal and is due to to poor installation. I have recently had 500 sq. ft. of the identical flooring installed by a different contractor and the results were perfect.I am simply asking for the 30 tiles in question to be made right. I am afraid they will continue to give us problems.Desired Settlement: I would like tiles in question replaced to my satisfaction or payment made to me for the replacement and I will have it done.
