In response to the complaint against my company, All About Moving, I would initially like to extend my deepest apologies in regards to the poor performance on this move as well as my lack of response to this incidentI pride myself on making
sure we deal with and address any complaints by customers within 24-hours - this complaint, however, simply fell through the cracks as it was the peak of our busy season and was filed away incorrectlyI was also at the time, was in the process of finding an office manager to help assist in these areas and ensure that paperwork be properly filedIn regards to the individuals on this move, out of the have been fired by our company due to poor performance & not meeting the standards I have set for my companyIn particular, the individual on the cell phone received similar feedback on moves after this move, therefore, he was let goI have spoken with the remaining employee from the move, who did deny some of the events that are listed from our customer, however, I understand that that does not mean they did not occur, nor does it justify any poor performance that our client felt he/she receivedI have reached out to this customer on 10/20/to extend my deepest apologies & to let her know that All About Moving will be sending her a refund check for 10% of her move which totals $That check was mailed out on the same dayI am always striving to build a team of employees who exemplify the upmost professional behavior & who take pride in their work on behalf of my business, unfortunately, the individuals that were on my staff at the time of this move, did not meet those expectations for the client or myself and thus were let goPlease let me know if there is anything further I can do to correct this oversight

I did receive a phone call, and I tried to call him back as wellWe were thankful for his response, though quite lateWhen a company had to fire of the people, you can imagine it isn't the customer who is making up storiesI have pictures of the 'events' that occurred, and this person that remains on the team was a part of that team, probably responsible for managing that team, and that person can't be everywhere, so he wouldn't be able to say what another person was/wasn't doing/didAnyways, we appreciate the 10% refundThank you for finally responding backHope you can hire better people to work for you, and better people to manage them, because these guys didn't have the values that your business says it has
