her solar done at a different location before walking into the shop. Her nails were already done thinly at the other location. A fill is when the powder is placed between the gap where your nails has grown out. A fill does not go from the gap to the tip of the nail. A solar fill is a regular fill with solar powder which she asked for herself. Ms. [redacted] received her solar fill and shellac as desired. Before getting her nails done, Ms. [redacted] was complaining about the previous location where she got her nails done. Ms. [redacted] complained that the previous location did not do her nails well.Since she only got fills from All About Nails, the cause of her nails chipped was due to her solar nails being done thinly by her previous location. Her nails did not break due to our location. Ms. [redacted] stated jn her complaint that the entire process of getting her nails done was completed within 15 minutes, which is false. Ms. [redacted] came into Alf About Nails with her nail already done in shellac. The process of taking off the shellac for fills takes about 5-10 minutes. After the shellac is taken of, Mrs. [redacted] has to prepare the nail for fills. The solar fill powder is applied to the gap between her cuticles and, at that time, the current nail. The nails is left to dry so the powder can harden. Mrs. [redacted] then shaped her nail to Ms. [redacted]'s preference. The application of powder and shaping her nails takes about 20-25 minutes. After Mrs. [redacted] applied powder and shaped Ms. [redacted]'s nails, Mrs. [redacted] went back to the dried powder near the cuticle and shaved it down to match her previous solar nails. This process takes about 10 minutes. The entire process of taking off her shellac and fills take at least 35 minutes. After her fills, she went and got her nails painted with shellac. The time we use under the uv light is 45 seconds to harden the shellac polish. It takes 10 minutes to paint on the shellac.
