Review: I called All About Pets and asked them the price for Rabies shot for my dog. The person said $13.00, but if a tech does it, it is $10.00. I made an appointment and when I went to pay, they said it was $23.00! I had a coupon for $6.00, so I thought since they were closer the $4.00 extra was no big deal. They lied to me on the phone! I want a refund on the $10.00 since they NEVER said the tech was IN ADDITION to the $13.00. Was this on purpose???!!!!Desired Settlement: Refund of lied amount.

For vaccines the owners are charged the cost of the shots requested plus an office visit. They have the option of having a Doctor or a Technician to administer the vaccine. The cost of the technician is $10, and the cost of the Doctor is $40. We are suspecting the owner misunderstood the explanation of the vaccine and visit options. This client did bring in her dog "Francis" in August of 2012 and paid the $10 technician visit as well as the $13 rabies vaccine at that time, which I can forward proof of that if needed. We try to be very clear about the cost of our services and we will reword the way we explain them to avoid this misunderstanding in the future.
