I stand by complaint I filed Yes it was resolved through My Bank after I caught it & met with my bankor else it would have remained a 600$ overchargeThe check was definitely changed in a little unusual way that could possibly be passed off as a crazy mistake I think the deposit slip listed the altered amount for it to go through the Company's FCU though they tried to blame the FCU & had them send me a letter to cover the Co.Coowner says he had the invoice & knew what the charge was & what the check should have been deposited for. I would have had to see the original deposit slip to see thathe entered the check correctly & that it was really the fault of his FCU - I just don'tbelieve that was the case & just some carelessnessIt is just Way too fishy an explanation & there is No question I would have been Out 600if I had not caught it myselfI haven't made a bigger case out of this at my age of & still recovering from hip replacement surgeryas I was able to get it corrected thru My Bank Only - Not any action on the Co's partNot crying old or disabled here though I have been -& was very stressed with this the *** before my birth*** partywith much to do.I have worked on a couple fraud audits too so I know what I'm talking about Not convinced with explanations *** ***

I had [redacted] and [redacted] come out to help me with my plumbing problem and I have never had amazing service like that! They were able to fix the problem in a timely matter and not empty my bank. Im very thankful I found this company, they are very considerate and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone!

Called honest company Bill H. Simple snake down the kitchen drain-less that 15 minuets. $91 with a senior discount.
