The customer emailed us and I replied to her email on Monday 12/and she did not reply to my emailShe sent a second email the next day but did not include the email I sent the day before with her responseShe spoke of a phone call she received from the sales office in her second email but I am unaware of any phone call only my email responsesI spoke with MrW [redacted] concerning this and he did explain our return policy which is written on our order forms with the customer at the schoolEven though we are located in the upstate and not near Columbia, we do have customers that call or email us within a business day period of their purchase and we gladly handle the issue with an exchange or refundThe customer wanted us to make a special exception for her on this item but we treat all customers fairly and equally and can not make treat one differently than anotherThe rest of the items the customer is speaking of that have not been filled are scheduled to be filled on "Senior Delivery Day" at the school in the springThis day is setup with the school and has been handled this way for years and was explained to all the students on "Senior Assembly Day" which took place one week before the day we went to the school to take orders the first time
