The office never tried to obtain information to accommodate my situationThey refused to see me on the scheduled date and the scheduling team even stated it was their own errorHowever, the office had contacted them and refused further serviceI was very upset with the practice and the scheduling team because I had to drive over an hr away for this appointmentNot once did any one of them try to apologize for the inconvenience or for their errorInstead of taking responsibility for the fact this was their error they went on to blame me as the patient for their lack of interpersonal and scheduling skillsI am not to blame and they need to learn to take responsibility for the fact that they made an error and never tried to contact me as the patient to rectify the situationI know this company had my information before I even made the hr long tripI had given them all the demo-graphical and insurance information they neededThis could have been avoided with a courtesy call to me the patient before I ever left my homeHowever, that was not how this situation was handledMy attitude may or may not have been poor however, my attitude reflected their poor quality of service Regards, [redacted] ***
