I am writing to let you know that I have been contacted by Nelson's Power House today. The owner [redacted] has not mentioned my complaint to Revdex.com but has offered a fair resolution to our service issue. We have verbally agreed to his offer to make things right. He has stated that he will make the needed repairs without charging for labor and states that Husqvarna will replace the transmission at no cost leaving us without further expense. 
Please advise me as to what our next step is in your process.
