Regarding the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted], here is the complete story. We did rent storage space to him as stated but our units do not have electricity wired to them. He wanted electricity wired into the units and we agreed to get a bid to explore the cost of doing so. The bid amount was...

$1299.00 (copy enclosed) which was cost prohibited to commit to on a month to month rental basis. We did agree to install the electricity for him if he would sign a long lease so we could recapture the cost. He declined. He occupied the units during the time expressed and in fact is still in one unit. He was charged our normal rate for each unit and was given two months FREE rent, one month for each unit rented. As he did occupy the units and still occupies one, plus received two FREE months rent, we feel we have held up our end. He can continue to rent his unit for as long as he wishes. No hard feelings on our part.
