I have no idea there was an incident on March 28thI checked our customer inquiry file and I did not find anything concerning this complaintIf I have to guess, my manager probably told the customer that we did not do any damage to her car because our equipment was functioning properly that particular dayThis location washed over cars that day, if there was a problem with the wash we would have multiple problems that dayAgain, I am sorry but my memory cannot recall anything that happened that dayIf I can get the make and model of the vehicle and also written document that says someone from the company dealt with her, it would help me to know what really happened Thank you

Rama Car Wash didn't honor a discount card purchased from the [redacted] The owner would not accept the initial card offered, which was a key fob card The next day I returned with the full card and it clearly showed the discount was $off a $car washHowever, the owner said she would not honor that and would only take $discount This is Deceptive Pricing!!! The owner basically called me a liar when stating I had used the card there in the past and called another employee came in and when they were showed the card, they said they had never seen the card or accepted the card I stated that was not true and that she had accepted the card in the card there on several occasions, she called me a eyed B____! Followed me out of the building and yelled that same commented across the parking lot as I returned to my car After my car was washed, I discovered how streaked the car was both inside and out The inside windows were worse when I left than they were when I went in there to begin with In speaking with [redacted] , I found that this is not the first complaint and they have had issues with this same business before, back in February and now it has started again

They damaged the wheel on my vehicleThey refused to take responsibilityI talked with the owner and he refused to even look at the vehicleHe said there was nothing he could do

I never said that I did't drive the carI am a retired firefighter and I clean my cars all the timeThe rim wasn't damaged until Rama washed the carThey know that they did the damageIt is very unfortunate that they have taken this position as this carwash was a giftThis is not an acceptable resolutionI was not treated fairlyThe rim was not "curbed " as they suggestedPhotos were taken and it's obviously not curb damageThey may wash a lot of cars with no damage,but this time wasn't one of themI have the damaged rimI have tried to be fairI am disappointed they have questioned my characterThey have basically called me a liarI am out $for the new rimI served my country,I served my community for 32years as a firefighter,and I now teach schoolI tried to resolve this without legal proceedings and it doesn't look like that will be possibleMaybe Rama should reconsider and take the right and honest route

particular day. This location washed over 300 cars that day, if there was a problem with the wash we would have multiple problems that day. Again, I am sorry but my memory cannot recall anything that happened that day. If I can get the make and model of the vehicle and also written document that says someone from the company dealt with her, it would help me to know what really happened.  Thank you.

This is Deceptive Pricing!!! The owner basically called me a liar when stating I had used the card there in the past and called another employee came in and when they were showed the card, they said they had never seen the card or accepted the card. I stated that was not true and that she had accepted the card in the card there on several occasions, she called me a 4 eyed B____! In regards to the statement made against the business. I would first like to explain a little about...

the history of the business.Rama Car Wash & Lube is a locally family owned and operated company for over 20 years. We strive on treating each of our customers as family. Every guest to walk through our doors, new and returning, are welcomed with a warm smile. We strive to give our customers the best and most experienced customer service possible.
With a deep love and passion for cars we opened our first wash location in 1987. We have the best available chemicals in the industry and our passion shows in the quality of work done. We are alwaystrying to improve the quality of our washes, and in doing so keep up with the newest technology in equipment. We like to stay on the leading edge of the car wash industry.
Rama Car Wash & Lube takes all complaints seriously. The day of the assumed incident 04/10/2014 was a day just like any other day. The equipment was working properly and our staff was serving customer needs. Mr. [redacted] was treated like any other customer. Mr. [redacted] was guided by our professional staff on to the guide track like all cars are done. This was performed with no issues and agreed upon by Mr. [redacted]. The car went through the wash without incident. The car pulled around to the full service to finish with completion of inside. This is when Mr. [redacted] exited the car and expressed to us that we damage his rim. He was explained to by the courteous staff on duty that this would not have been a result of the wash. Mr. [redacted] refused to listen to the staff and chose to file a police report on incident. There was information gathered on the situation and forwarded to the respectable people in charge of complaints. He was contacted in a prompt response to his concerns later the day of 04/10/2014. He expressed to management that he did not notice the rim was damaged before and that the car relatively new. He also informed management that it was his wife's car and he never drives it except to get it washed. He also stated that the car sounded like it was dragging half way through the wash. Mr. [redacted] also stated that he already bought a rim that day. Mr. [redacted] was asked to bring the car back to the wash to be evaluated by upper management on the issue. This was done on 04-11-2014. There was pictures taken and information gathered. There was also signs of other physical scuff and dings not assumed or associated with our wash. It was also explained to Mr. [redacted] that there was a very low probability that the issue could have happened there. The owners and management went over every detail of the alleged incident in length.
The final conclusion to the alleged incident was there was no way the issue could have happened at Rama Car Wash & Lube. We send through 5,000 plus cars a month and have been in business over 20 years this is not a known issue to happen. The equipment was thoroughly evaluated and working properly. The track has a special lined guide to prevent from any possibility of scuffs little own deep scratches associated with curbing a car rim. The issue was also isolated to only one rim. Mr. [redacted] also admitted that he normally does not drive the car his wife does. This leaves the company of Rama Car Wash & Lube to believe that this was a result of a curbed rim. The following was explained to Mr. [redacted] in detail and was advised we would not be covering the damage. This was not from a result of the car wash.
