I am rejecting this response because:All about the Girls Business called me today, June 4, 2015.Employee stated she would refund $155.52 to my credit card today.I called my credit card company and they said credit would take 3-5 days to process.I was previously told by All about the Girls Business on April 21, 2015, that my credit card would be refunded and to date, no refund has been received.Therefore, problem remains pending until credit shows on my credit card account.

Review: 3 bras and 1 pair underwear paid for on 7/30/13 were never shipped and seller is unresponsive to request for refund.

I went in the store on 7/30/13 and purchased 5 bras and 1 pair of underwear. The bras were: 3 Jodee model 810 bras, one ivory, one black, one red, size 46 D; 1 Dominique Model 4500, 36 DD black; 1 Panache Sports Bra, Model 5021, gray/purple, size 34 DD; 1 camouflage underpants, size Large. The Jodee bras were for me, the other items were a gift for a friend. We left the store with 1 Jodee bra, ivory, and the Domique bra. The other 2 Jodee bras, the Panache Sports Bra, and the underpants were not available in the required size/color, so were to be ordered and shipped. I paid using my Chase Visa Card for a total of $409.45. I contacted the store via email on 8/11 to find out the status of our order and did not hear back. I then called the store and left a message on 8/14. On 8/16, Juli (who had been our sales rep) called me and told me I would have the two Jodee bras by 8/20. She had mistakenly forgot to order my friend's sports bra, and the underpants were not available in size Large. Juli said she would text my friend that day and confirm that it was ok to send her size Medium underpants. Juli did not text my friend. I emailed Juli the next day and told her to send my friend the sports bra and size Medium underpants. I got no reply. I have emailed the company 3 additional times to ask them to send the items or refund our money and have gotten no response. The refund amount should be $268.40 (the cost of the 2 Jodee bras, the Sports Bra, and the underpants, plus sales tax).Desired Settlement: Refund for the items I didn't receive in the amount of $268.40. On Yelp it appears that these people take money for online orders, and then do not fill the orders- they should be stopped.

Review: 1. I sent her a message on-line to have a party....no response, so I sent another message a week later and she states she never received the request. 2. She states she sent me my invites via email...had to call her again to tell her I never received them.3. Sent her a request for a specific bra with a picture....no response.4. sent a request for a date of a party on 6/29....no response, sent another one on 6/29 she said AGAIN she never received a message.5. Asked her to change my date on line for people my guest to see and had to ask her three times after she told me she did it after the 2nd request.6. one of the guest called her to order and she never got back to her so I had to send her a text and ask her to return her call.7. I was I think $50 shy of getting a free bra so she gave me a discount.8.she told me she'd call me the next day to let me know if I made my goal and she never did, I had to send her another message.9. two guest still haven't received and it took another guest 3 weeks to get it after she mailed it.10. when my and my daughters bras came in I asked that she just mail them and she said we had to come in for a fitting and I didn't really have the money to drive to a different town to fit for a bra and asked that she mail them. She mailed my daughters and it was a very weird fit and I still hadn't received mine so we made an apt and drove there.11.she told my daughter that the strapless bra is supposed to fit that way (it smashed her boobs like a mammogram) it was horrible.12. when she brought mine out it was the wrong size and color. so I Found one in the store that I settled for. Settled is the word.13.sent her a message and told her that I still haven't received my daughters bra...no response for 4 days. sent her another message 5 days later, still no bra, she told me that it's GOING to be shipped from New Jersey, sent her another message, still no bra, no response for another 4 days.14. today she sends me a message and asked that I stop being rude to her.Desired Settlement: she is a horrible business person. I would like my money back, I still haven't received the bra and she said it was mailed. It was $112.32 for both bra's paid on 8/6/15. I just want my money back on the bra that hasn't come and I don't know how much that individual one cost.

Review: I made an order in May for 2 bras, it is now September and I have only received one. She was unable to get the second bra I ordered in my size and proceeded to try to get me another instead. I received the one bra I ordered in July after a reorder due to her ordering the incorrect size and then reordering due to fitting issues. The manager [redacted] offered me a refund at that time but I really needed a good work bra so I asked if she could keep looking for a possible match. I called back at the end of July to ask if she had found anything yet but I did not get a return call from the message I left. I kept calling until I received a call back in August from her assistant who informed me that a bra had not been ordered yet. She told me she would have [redacted] call me back with the information about the new order. It is not easy for me to make it to another town to just stop by the shop with their special hours. I finally got a call back from [redacted] after emailing her and calling several times. She then informed me that the bra had been in the shop the entire time and to come in to try it on. I told her that she needed to give me at refund at this point because the constant out of shop replies, poor hours let alone the poor service and time it took to get it in when it was there all this time. She then told me to give her my address so that she could mail me my refund and I am yet to receive it 2 weeks later. Now I am not getting responses from her again regarding my refund. Last communication from her was on 9/8/14 requesting my address for the refund but no response if she had completed the refund or mailed it yet despite my attempts to contact her.Desired Settlement: Original credit card credited or refund check

Review: This is a complaint for poor and delayed customer service in refunding credit to a customer.March 7, 2015, I purchased one bra, ordered two bras, and purchased Bra cleansers for a total of $254.88.April 11, 2015, employee stated my bras had arrived and were one size larger, because the company was no longer making my size. All About the Girls knowingly ordered a larger size, without consulting with me. I asked for a refund (bras are $72/each).April 21, employee called and said the owner had authorized a refund of approximately $160 and the refund would take approximately 5 days to process to my credit card.May 19, 2015, I called for an update on the refund, since my credit card had not been refunded.I left a voicemail, requesting a return call, stating it had been almost a month and no refund received. June 3, 2015, I called and left a message, requesting an update and informed the business that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. It has been 43 days since the owner authorized the refund. The $160 belongs to me, not the business. This experience has been extremely frustrating in not getting my money in a timely way, and not receiving phone calls in a timely fashion. There is a pattern of this unethical business behavior as seen by other Revdex.com complaints.Desired Settlement: Refund of $155.52 within 48 hrs. This includes $72/bra x2 = $144 + 8% sales tax= $155.52

Yes this complaint was settled. The company we order from is no longer manufacturing AA cup bras. We did try to see if the A cup would work in order to satisfy our client. The client did not even want to try the product, so we issued a refund for those two bras. The client stated she had not received the refund and promptly we looked into it with our processing company and have since resolved the issue.

Review: In early June, I purchased two post mastectomy bras for an elderly friend who had had a double mastectomy. We went to the local boutique where she was fitted, and I ordered the bras on my credit card. When they arrived, one bra was incorrectly made.(one size two big, and one half of the bra had no pad). The boutique owner told me to hold on to the incorrect bra and she would "expedite" another bra, since we waited nearly two months for the first order to arrive. We would make the swap when the new one arrived.

In early Sept. I called to inquire about the status & she told me that it was enroute and would be delivered the following Tues. No delivery. On Fri. 9-11-15 she left me a text saying she would just credit a refund back to my credit card. 9-30 I texted her asking if we could meet. (owner), "...shop is closed today." No credit has been issued to my credit card company. I have called them twice to verify it. No refund.

10-01-15 I tried again to go in. (owner), "I am not going to be in today, I issued you a refund to your card...can you call your cc company and have them check or even dispute the charge. I cannot re-issue a credit. It has already been refunded on my end."

I called my cc provider and they told me to request a copy of the transaction from her merchant bank showing the credit to her account. She said she would. I have left multiple phone messages as well as texts...she does not respond. The amount she owes me is $226.00. Please help me. Thank you for anything you can do to help get this resolved.Desired Settlement: * All that I ask is that my original purchase of $226.00 is credited to my credit card account.

Review: Hello,I was originally fitted for a custom fit bra at All About the Girls on 9/11/15 and purchased 1 bra that day. I pre-ordered 2 additional bras bras that she did not have in stock and returned on 9/25/15 to pick them up and paid $146.88, size 36 D. I didn't realize until after I got home, that I was given the wrong size. When I called the store owner Julie, I left a voicemail and she returned my call a few days later, and said she would be happy to exchange them for 36 C's, and I arranged to stop by on Saturday 10/3/15 at a specific time. When I went to the store at normal business hours, the store was closed. I called and left 3 voicemail messages over several weeks and sent one email through the website, but I received no response. I spoke with a friend who was also a customer and lives in Ripon, who drove by the store on 11/11/15 and called to tell me there was paper covering the windows. She called the owner, and the owner told her she had gone out of business, but still had product if she wanted to purchase anything. I tried to call her cell/business number right after that and got voicemail, and still no return call. She never mentioned that she was planning to go out of business. I also called the Ripon Chamber of Commerce who was unaware they had closed.Desired Settlement: My first preference would be to exchange the bras for the correct size (36 C)in beige and black as she had verbally agreed to, or if she no longer has the bras in stock since she has gone out of business, I would like a refund for the full amount of $146.88. Review: I was fitted for a bra. I purchased 3 bras and ordered one on 9/10/15. I was told it would take one and a half weeks to get the bra to the shop. It is now 10/13/15 and I have not received the bra. I have contacted the shop 3 times and have left messages each time. To date I have not received a call yet.In reading the reviews for this business, I am not alone.TI paid $294 for the bras and the one to be ordered. The bra alone is $68. All I am asking is for the bra or my money back.I have also contacted the Ripon Chamber of Commerce. The owner is not a member but they were going to contact her anyway.Please help me and the many other women, who have not received their orders.Desired Settlement: I would either like the bra or my money back!

Review: On January 22, 2014 I bought a Bra form the above named company in the amount of $131.46. I asked the clerk to try and find a lace bra for me. She informed me that I would need to leave a $50.00 deposit to have her order a bra. I have called and called about the bra. The last conversation I requested to have my deposit returned. I called and requested my refund on 3/5/14, 3/13/14, 3/18/14 and again on 3/26/14. At this point I am being ignored. I left a deposit in good faith. No one called to keep me informed.Desired Settlement: I would like for my money returned.
