Business states that they delivered the food to customer home. The charges for the food were for the correct price of $49.95. Customer was adamant that we were saying $69.95 but this was not the case. Customer may have heard incorrectly. Business offered to refund the $15 tip but customer declined....

 Unfortunately the the food was accepted and eaten so the charges were valid. At this time the business is still willing to refund the tip amount of $15 as a courtesy to the customer. He may pick it up at business location at his convenience.

I am rejecting this response because: I have drop cameras around the front and back of my house. These cameras work at night are crystal clear, they pick up video and sound in HD quality. You can clearly hear the driver say 69.99 is my total. He also told me on the phone that he is the owner of the establishment. Not sure if this is true. I will take nothing less than a full refund. I have taken the steps of posting this to Revdex.com, [redacted], my [redacted] page and their [redacted] page, I have yet to take the final step to release the video but will if I do not receive a full refund. I would hate to damage an entire business for one mans greed. There are pictures attached just so you understand I know what I heard.
