We just had All About Trees remove trees from our yard It took them about hours on an extremely hot day They worked like little beavers We did not hear any foul language and was very pleased with the over all experience from cutting the trees and cleaning up afterwards They have an amazing crew and we would highly recommend this company

I recently used their website to book an appointment onlineUpon completion of booking the requested time, date and service I was sent a confirmation email complete with quote for service, time, date and a confirmation number The date arrived and I waited an hour beyond the quoted time before calling the company only to be told that 'the website isn't working.' Well, thanksThe customer service representative told me that it states in the confirmation emails sent out that I would be contacted to confirm the appointment within hoursTo be fair, I did not see this in the email as the subject line of the email was 'cleaning request confirmation', which inclined me to only glance at the email body itself as I though it was a done deal I suggest to the representative that they disable the online booking service until they are certain it works again, to which the operator replied 'I don't know how to do that.' Sigh, well of course you don't, I wasn't suggest that 'YOU' do it, only that it should be done so as to avoid this unfortunate waste of time again I shared my disappointment with the representative and told her I was inclined to do business elsewhere unless I could receive some kind of a discount for my inconvenienceNo discount was offered, nor was an apology givenI will be taking my business elsewhere I would be less disappointed in this situation and would probably even have scheduled another appointment with the company if I, in any way, felt that there was any sympathy or understanding for the confusion from the 'customer service' representative in this matterThe opposite was true, she actually seemed annoyed by my inquisitionBeing pleasant and understanding with your customers is basic business, she didn't even attempt to improve the situationBeing in the customer service industry myself for the past decade I can say from experience that this kind of 'service' is very amateur and unprofessional This transaction happened on Friday, November 20th, @ 11:15am

Business states that they delivered the food to customer homeThe charges for the food were for the correct price of $Customer was adamant that we were saying $but this was not the caseCustomer may have heard incorrectlyBusiness offered to refund the $tip but customer declined Unfortunately the the food was accepted and eaten so the charges were validAt this time the business is still willing to refund the tip amount of $as a courtesy to the customerHe may pick it up at business location at his convenience

I needed a tree removed from in front of my house Jessie came out to the house with a helperThe two of them took it down, big limb by big limb before removing the stump They cleaned up the area before leaving and I was a pleased customer

All About Trees is an excellent companyJesse is extremely honestI had quotes from other tree companies back in September but Jesse told me to hold off until spring when the nutrients return from the roots into the treeThat made sense to meSince trees drop their leaves in the fallJesse was also more reasonable than the other bids and he did not try and upsell meI would recommend him and All About Trees without a second thought

Jesse does a fantastic job, no matter the size or nature of the project His rates are reasonable, and he has that rare combination of being fully professional, yet very personable at the same time Not only will he trim your trees, he will educate you about what he is doing, why, and what you can do yourself to maintain beautiful trees Can't recommend his team enough

I recently used their website to book an appointment online. Upon completion of booking the requested time, date and service I was sent a confirmation email complete with quote for service, time, date and a confirmation number.

The date arrived and I waited an hour beyond the quoted time before calling the company only to be told that 'the website isn't working.' Well, thanks. Jesse and his crew trimmed my palo verde trees today. Did an exceptional job. Equipment was all top-shelf. Made my backyard look fresh and clean.

Very satisfied with this company. Jesse came out the same day I called and gave us a quote to remove my palm and Juniper trees. He said he could do the job the next day. He promptly came at the time he said he would, did a great job and cleaned up the entire site. I would definitely use All About Trees again.

I hate having to call people to get quotes and set up work to be done at my home. Working with [redacted] and his team was a wonderful experience! Everyone was kind and respectful and made me feel extremely comfortable! [redacted] was knowledgeable and the prices are spot on! Best quote we had and the work done was fantastic. We will definitely be using them again next time we need a tree trimmed or stump removed.
