Business retroactively charged for product without providing any substantial reason for doing so. I ordered bridemaids dresses from All About Wedding in [redacted], TN last March. When one of my bridesmaid paid her deposit in May, she was given a receipt that stated her balance was $113. When I called to pay the remaining balance on her dress last week, I was told the balance was $140. When my bridesmaid took the receipt to the business, the person she spoke to stated that the original receipt was not valid and was very rude to my bridesmaid and myself each time we spoke to the business on the phone and in person. The business first tried to claim that the receipt was not written by an employee, then retracted that statement saying that a new employee must have written the receipt and didn't include the extra charge. However, the business did not provide any evidence of the dress company charging them extra for the dress. When my bridesmaid spoke to the manager/owner and stated that the manager/owner was one of the people present when she was fitted and paid the deposit, the manager/owner denied this claim. The business never offered to show my bridesmaid or myself any written record of the extra charge. Desired SettlementI would like to receive a refund for $27 was is equal to the difference written on my bridesmaid original receipt and the balance which I was charged for the balance. The original receipt can also be provided for evidence. Business Response [redacted] called and paid the balance of this girls dress and we went over the balance with her. While the bridesmaid Samantha came in to pick up the dress she had her original receipt that showed a different balance on it. I tried to explain to her that a new employee wrote the receipt before we determined the size of her dress and once the dress size was determined made the difference in the price. The bride did not diagree with the balance until this customer confronted her. I never heard from the bride until this letter came. The customer asked and we said she needed to have the bride contact us. This company has a reg price from size 00 - 16 and at 18W - 30W they charge a $25 fee. This customer sizes were Bust 46 Waist 40.5 Hips 50.5 which put her in the size 22 W My new employee just failed to add it to the showing balance on the deposit receipt. I want a refund of $25, because the price they charged is not the price on the original receipt. I understand that this is the result of an error, but it is because of an error on their part, not mine or my bridesmaid. The owner told my bridesmaid that she would call me about the matter but never did. Further, the owner has been EXTREMELY rude with both my bridesmaid and myself, so why would I even try to reason with her about this issue.

The wedding dress I ordered and they measured me for was too short and had incorrect sleeves sewn in. Will not answer/return calls to solve issue.In December of 2014, I was measured for and paid in full a wedding gown from this store. I also paid extra to have sleeves put on the dress ( I have a picture in these sleeves). When the dress came in in June of 2015 for my July 18 wedding, it was too short (two inches off the ground even without shoes on) and had the incorrect sleeves put on. I immediately called to report the problem and was told to call back with the measurements and leave them on voicemail since they would be closed. I did this. They called back one time, to which I immediately called back when I got out of a meeting and and they did not answer. I have left two voicemails since then and called back several times. In my last voicemail, I explained that I had to go buy another dress as my dress is in less than one month. I requested information on how to get my money back. This dress was $1,233. I had to go buy another dress. They have left it too late to fix my dress in time for my wedding, therefore I want my money back.*Note: I am out of state and cannot go into the store*At the same time, my 6 bridesmaid dresses were supposed to be in one month ago. Each time someone calls, they are told that they will call them back with a tracking number and they never do. We still do not have these dresses and cannot get any information.Desired SettlementIt is now too late to get a dress with the correct length and sleeves in time for me to have it altered and ready for my wedding (the first one took six months, the wedding is in less than a month). If they had taken care of this problem when I first called two weeks ago, perhaps there would have been time to fix it. The solution I want it:1) For me to return my dress for a full refund.2) For my bridesmaid dresses to be delivered in time for them to get them altered before the wedding.Business Response Hello, My case number is XXXXXXXX I cannot get this to pull up at all.
