according to a [redacted] insurance estimate that he supplied.  Enclosed you find the estimate.  We performed work described and charged him in accordance to the estimate.  The repairs were to replace a tail lamp and rear bumper. We stand by these repairs and will warrantee any problems with. [redacted] complaint is not about the repairs performed but about previous repairs performed to a substandard level on the other side of the car.  We did not do this work, it was not part of the damage we were tasked with and did not interfere with what we had to do.  While the previous work was poor, it did carry any safety concerns.  [redacted] agrees that S & S did not cause or perform these repairs. His complaint is that we did not tell his about them. The repairs S & S performed were finished [redacted], the same day [redacted] inspected and paid for the work he asked us to do.  He had no complaint about our work until [redacted] when someone made him aware of the work we did not do. [redacted] wants S & S to refund money for work performed because we did not tell him of prior poor work.  His complaint should be directed at who did perform the repairs or to the person he purchased the car from. [redacted]Manager
