Per the customers request, they have closed the pool and want us to address any issues in the Spring of when the pool is reopened. We have agreed to resolve any issues with the pool at that time. Thank you

Although the installer did come after I had to call again to state that I was suppose to be called on Monday and never was and they came on Wednesday 8/12/I was very unhappy with the professionalism of the person who called me and they way this company handles their customers The person who called me after I made a complaint was more concerned about the complaint I made to the Revdex.com then my issues she never apologized and then she argued with me because I didn't call the company when I was told to inform the seller by email and she also called me at workIt seems to me they no one talks to each other in this companyI have worked in customer service over years and I would never treat any customer the way we were treated. I would highly recommend the installer but I could never recommend this company and I hope I don't have to call them again and they stand by there year warrantyI feel after all the aggravation and waiting for this to be resolved I would like compensation and I would like 2,back on the pool

It seems to me the last reviews this company has again puts it on the customer , also what *** feels to realize that when she called me at work all our conversations are recorded so I am more than happy to let the Revdex.com hear the recording to see it this is cyber bulling , She only called be back after I called her to let her know the installer did not call me back when he was suppose to also the pool cover that they included they fail to tell the customer that you need to get water ballons to hold the cover down which is an added expense for the pool owner so the cover is useless to me as I have to spend more money to get a loop lock cover which is more reliable . If they don't wont to give me money back that's there option but I would never recommend this company to anyone and I will share my experience with whom ever I come in contact with They do not stand by their word Everything I put in the review is true and I have documentation to back it up

It's clear when you read our apology and then after read Mrs*** rejection comment, that she is exaggerating in hopes to get compensation in returnI called her personally and checked up with her the following Monday letting her know the installer would be calling, which he didI also apologized over the phone as I also did HERE on the Revdex.com to herI told her my representative should not have told her to contact him, if my office was contacted first we could have helped here right away, and that this wasn't her fault, it was oursI find her response very upsetting, even more upsetting that the Revdex.com would allow such a post on the world wide web, when it's clear someone is just looking for moneyI call it cyber bullingIf Mrs*** has any questions or needs help in the future, Ambassador Pools will be here to respond and help in the way our company should for all our customersWe will not be giving Mrs*** $2,000.

Unfortunately it our policy that we do not pool the permits for our pools.? We've found that if we involve the customer in the permit process there are almost mistakes made when placing the pool as far as the town is concerned.? HOWEVER, if at any point a customer has a problem getting a
permit we can help them through the processFortunately Getting a pool permit is much easier than any other type of building permit.? Some towns DO NOT even require one, and every town is completely different when it comes to requirementsBelieve it or not years ago permits were a different thing all together and continue to evolve year by year.? It is the industry standard with above ground pools that the customer pulls the permit, though some small companies offer that service.? To this day im very confident that the pool can be installed exactly the way we promised, and even offered to come out and pull the permit myself.? Unfortunately my offer was rejected.? I personally offered to come out to the property and handle all permit requirements in this case but was met with opposition.? Because each one of these pools is order custom for the customers specifications we are not able to refund deposits days before an install is supposed to take place(because of shipping and return costs) which is why our cancellation policy exists.? However I still would be more than willing to execute our agreement and would also be willing to do anything necessary to get the pool done exactly as promised, both aesthetically and with the permit.? Any deposite that was received will go towards our agreed upon price.? ? If it were a couple days after id have know problem but in this case the pool was delivered and even loaded for install when the customer changed they're mind.?
