This homeowner contacted us via phone somewhere around the 6th of April 2018. She told us that she needed a service callWe told her someone would call her back when we could come out the see what the problem wasWe received a request for service on April 11th via est
requestWe talked with homeowner and told her we would be in contact with her about coming out to see the problem when we are in the areaShe was never told we would replace the window and would not come out for the serviceThey were not happy with the answer they got so they filed a complaint on April 23rd When we were in the area (May 1st 2018) and able to met with them about their repair we stopped in and did repair all in dayIt was less then days and problem was solved in less then hrIt turned out to be a broken pin and clip that my installer had on him so there was no need to order the partThe weights they talked about are not there as the window has a constant force balance system, no weights needed. As far as we know the issue has been solved and no further action is requiredWe do the best we can to get to everyone as quickly as we can and sometimes that can take a bit of timeWe are a small company and we don't have a large staffOur goals are to meet all service request in days or less and all installs in weeks or lessI hope this answer clear up any questions about this problem

There was never a response from business until I posted review on *** I responder to the first message left on my answering machine Please note, there are different phone numbers listed in the yellow pages, on the businesses door and the responding number I called all I emailed via the website I am angry that business is not accepting responsibility for their failure to respond And that is the crux of my complaint

We attempted several times to contact this homeowner and she never got back to us with any reply till recently. When she finally did contact us back after getting a hold of her thru a website for reviews, We came out with in hrs. Her replacement sashes have already been
order and install will be when we receive them from the factoryHer service is important to us but we also have a limited amount of workers to get everything done as quickly as the homeowners would like to see it done inMost service can take from and up to to weeks from 1st contact to install of replacement parts. That is as quick as our factory can work with usweeks is a reasonable time frame when a homeowner doesn't reply back quicklyThank you for taking the time to follow up with this matterHave a great dayLynn A***

The parts for her service have been ordered and we are waiting on deliveryAs soon as the parts arrive we will deliver them. The factory is closed the week between Christmas and New Years but all service parts have been ordered prior to that dateAs soon as the parts are delivered the homeowner will be called for a delivery of the partsI am not sure what is the miss communication but we have talked to and have ordered the partsTill then we are unable to finish the repairs due to parts needed not yet delivered.

Most service can take from and up to 6 to 8 weeks from 1st contact to install of replacement parts. That is as quick as our factory can work with us. 3 weeks is a reasonable time frame when a homeowner doesn't reply back quickly.
