The customer entered the business asking for a receipt of work that was performed one (1) year ago. The
customer could not produce a receipt of their own stating we did the...

work. They had no documentation and
according to our inspection records, it has been over a year that they had their car inspected with us. The
customer was insisting that the exact same 02 sensor went bad again.
Unfortunately, repairs that are done over one (1) year ago cannot be guaranteed and fixed at our cost.
Thank you for taking the time to give us a chance to tell our side of the argument.

Review: We bought a van from this company. Within the first week of having the car the breaks went out on us and we went straight threw an intersection. They put new breaks on the back end of the car but we still have been having problems with the van. Squeaking noise, clunking noise, breaking problems. We took it to a Toyota dealership to get look at and they informed us that there are thousands of dollars of issues with the car and it is completely rusted underneath. They told us that the car would not pass state inspection and that it was unsafe to drive.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I asked the manager of the auto repair department and the owner of All Access Sales to provide me with a copy of the state inspection service they performed on my car last year showing which of the sensors they replaced. Although they said they would, I went back four days later and was given the brush off, but was told that the owner was still searching for my records. This was on August 30, 2014 and it is now September 19th, and I still have not hear from them. This is in part a customer service complaint and a repair complaint. CUSTOMER SERVICE: They treated me with disrespect, like my request wasn't important although I needed that information for my current state inspection. REPAIR ISSUES: If it is the same sensor that they replaced that needs replacing again, they should be willing to fix it at their cost. I have put less then 6,000 miles on my car since the installation of the sensor they installed; it should last a lot longer than 5,800 miles. If they are a reputable business, they should be willing to correct it. But, since I have not heard from them in three weeks, then I guess they are not willing to do the right thing.Desired Settlement: I want the records I requested, that they promised they would get for me. And, if it turns out to be the same sensor that is bad that they replaced last year, I want a refund.I could not wait for them any longer, and had to get a new sensor installed in order for my car to pass the emissions inspection. I am pretty sure it is the same sensor, bur I won't know for sure until I see my service records from last year.
