Date: October 1, To Whom It May Concern: This is in response to the complaint ID # [redacted] ** The customer entered the business asking for a receipt of work that was performed one (1) year agoThe customer could not produce a receipt of their own stating we did the workThey had no documentation and according to our inspection records, it has been over a year that they had their car inspected with usThe customer was insisting that the exact same sensor went bad again Unfortunately, repairs that are done over one (1) year ago cannot be guaranteed and fixed at our cost Thank you for taking the time to give us a chance to tell our side of the argument
