All Access Tickets

I was a first time buyer on the "resale market" or what not Usually I go through Ticketmaster but one direction was completely sold out Josh was extremely helpful in getting me the best seats within my budget and telling me when it was best to purchase I will use them again

I bought tickets for a concert throug a third party and paid more than &per ticket with assigned seating, however All Access Tickets immediately contacted me and informed me that the venue changed the term to General AdmissionThey would not reimburse me for the ticketsI contacted the venue directly and found out all tickets for the concert were a general admission at $from the beginning
I believe that the operations of All Access Tickets are a scam and would like to warn all customers about this

This was the first time I had purchased from a ticket broker. I paid a high premium for tickets to a popular event. When I received the tickets I checked the venue's website and discovered that I had received obstructed view tickets. When I called All Access I was told that there was nothing they could do. Three months later I received a call from the company saying that they had in fact sent me the tickets in error. They promptly exchanged the tickets and I received very desirable seats. It was remarkable that they followed up after such a long period, and it was a very positive exchange.
