[redacted] did not indicate to me that she wanted a refund, she wanted to go on A Caribbean cruise for 2, she did not indicate she wanted a refund untilAugust [redacted] ***We have a process to follow in obtaining refunds and she will be refunded the same method as her paymentThe processor is sending the refund, [redacted] **

In response to the complaint by [redacted] please be informed that when [redacted] booked her trip last July for the December 31, to Grand Prairie, ABshe gave me her address without the suite numberWe issued all the passengers confirmations all at the same timeWhen *** [redacted] learned that her room mate received her tour confirmation she phone the office about her confirmationI told her it was issued and mailed at the same with with the rest of the passengers confirmationsI phoned all the passengers and asked if they received their confirmations and they all didI phoned [redacted] back and told her that everybody got their papersShe raised her voice and was frantic and responded " I know they did where is mine? " I told her that there was something wrong that It maybe the postman or could be the season before Christmas rushShe would not even give me a chance to talkAfter exchanging words she hung up on meI phoned her back straightaway and left a message on the voicemail to verified where I mailed the confirmation stated the address that she gave me when she first booked [redacted] did not respond for few daysShe called the office a few days later to informed us that we forgot to put the apt.# She also said " where the hell did you get that address and email?" I explained to her that the was the home address and email address that she gave me when she bookedWe can only service the address that the customer gives to usShe responded " you don't know what the hell you're doing" I was shocked to hear this words coming from a seniorAs we learned the complete address we sent it by express post costing us $have a receipt to prove itOn the last day of the tour [redacted] disrupted the tour schedule by not arriving on the bus on time as per my instruction to all tour membersShe had to be called in her room while the rest of the passengers waited patientlyPeople forgetting to give us their Suite numbers lots of time in the past but it was never an issue to mail it backWe only put the information that the customer provided to us

Marilou [redacted] did inform Elizabeth Reno the refund was processed and will be in her card, this was in mid October before she left on her tour

We have refunded the credit card $691.95....and are in the process of getting the confirm#The credit card processor confirmed again....we have sent another refund in and hopefully if it is refundedtwice that we will be reimbursed.

She had to be called in her room while the rest of the passengers waited patiently. People forgetting to give us their Suite numbers lots of time in the past but it was never an issue to mail it back. We only put the information that the customer provided to us.
