Review: Representative Carlos and his accomplice Maria defrauded and preyed upon my elderly Mother.They performed unnecessary work and charged large amount not commensurate with work performed, in effect scamming my Mother out of thousands of dollars. This appears to me to be a criminal enterprise.Desired Settlement: Refund my Mother for exorbitant overcharge and have no further contact with her or enter the property at [redacted], which county records will show belongs to me.
