All Air Systems Heating & Cooling

Our house was built in We belong to the All Air System comfort club for yearsSo when our air conditioner went out about a month ago we had All Air come out and give us an estimateMark the president came out and spent a couple of hours with us explaining the seer ratings and efficiencies of the new air conditionersWe asked him if it made sense to update our furnace at the same timeHe explained the Ameren and Spire credits when purchasing new units.There was no pressure he just explained at this age of a furnace it could go out at any timeNeedless to say the weather was only going to get warmerI thanked him for the information and told him I had another company coming out to give me an estimateAfter the second company left my husband and I decided to go with All AirWe like Trane productsI called ***k back we negotiated a price and set up a date for installationOne man showed up at 7:30am on Tuesday morning, another men showed up at 8:30amThey install the Air Conditioner and furnaceWe already had a electronic air cleaner, ERV system, and humidifier which all had to be disconnected, and reconnectedAll time consumingEverything was completed and cleaned up by 4:That night after being in the heat for a week it felt wonderful in our houseWith the old air conditioner we had our thermostat set at during the day and at nightNow we have it set at and we are comfortable day and nightIt is very quiet systemEveryone from the president to the installers could not have been nicer or more professional I waited a couple of weeks before writing this review to make sure we didn't have any issuesWe are very pleased

A COMPANY IS ONLY GOOD WHEN IN NEED THEY RESPONDAFTER SEVERAL YEARS WITH THIS COMPANY, MY MOTHER FEELS VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS BUSINESSHOWEVER, WHEN AND EMERGENCY AROSE, THE EMEGENCY DISPATCH WAS A TOTAL FAILURE!!!!! AFTER SEVERAL CALLS IN THE FIDGRET WEATHER,THE COMPANY FAILED TO RESPONDMY MOTHER HAD JUST PURCHASED A $PART THAT WENT OUT IN LESS THAN DAYSKNOWING THAT IT WAS THE HOLIDAY, WE TRIED TO CONVINCE MY MOTHER TO LEAVE THE HOUSE WHICH HAD A THERMOSTAT READING OF DEGREESTO MY DISMAY, SHE HAD MORE FAITH IN THIS COMPANY THAN HER FAMILYSHE WAITED AND WAITED FOR JUST A RETURNED CALL, ....TO NO PREVAIL AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS AND DAYS OF FIGRET WEATHER, THE COMPANY DECIDED TO RESPOND ON THE 4TH DAYA SIMPLE CALL WOULD HAVE BEED SUFFIENT FOR MY MOTHERI BELEIVE THAT IF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE AN EMERGENCY DISPATCH.....YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TREAT ALL CALLS AS JUST THAT....EMERGENCY!!!! VERY DISPPOINTED WITH THE TIMELY MANNER THAT THIS SITUATION WAS HANDLED
