All Aire Air Conditioning & Heat

After seven+ years of All Aire keeping my 23 year old Lennox system running, I decided to replace the unit with an American Standard. I was quoted a fair price and even after hitting a couple of unexpected snags in the attic, they honored the original quote. Improvements were made with the duct system that improved efficiency and will make the system easier to work on in the future. Workmanship was excellent and cleanup was superb. I highly recommend All Aire Air Conditioning & Heat.

I recently had an issue with my AC unit as it was running but not cooling. I originally called the company that installed the unit, with whom I had a warranty and had a terrible experience with. A friend recommend John at All Aire.

John became my saviour. He is prompt, honest and knowledgeable. He fixed my unit in a short time for minimal cost. Karol in the office is very pleasant and helpful, she kept me informed throughout the service. I would highly recommend this company especially John and Karol as they restored my belief that there are still good, honest people looking out for the consumer. Way to go John and Karol! Keep up the awesome service.

We just had a Mitsubishi unit put in for our bedroom. The unit surpasses our expectations. The quality of work that [redacted] and [redacted] performed was great. Professional and yet friendly. We could not be more impressed with the unit or the workmanship. We recommend All Aire very highly.

I had AC problems where the house was very humid, the AC would run on from 10:00 AM until 11:00PM at night but after that it would cycle at both 76 degrees and 77 degrees. John came out and replaced a motor which fixed the terrible humidity problem and he added Freon to reduce a cool level but in the interim broke the shrader valve causing almost all of the Freon to leak out and temperatures to rise to 90 degrees in the house and stopped it from cycling at all. By replacing the shrader valve and adding some Freon, it is cooling again. I don't know if what he did was just an accidental mistake or a lack of knowledge but I do know that when I brought it up to him , he wasn't interested in coming out and fixing it, cleaning up his mistake.

In all of my 68 years I have never had a company that was so extremely honest in everything they do. Not only are they honest but their work is impeccable. I had a contractor who tore my house apart and had to fire them. All Aire came in not only fixed all the errors that were done but, put my house back better than it was before everything happened. If you call them they are there in a flash no matter what. Their pricing is beyond fair. I would recommended this company to everyone!!!!!
