In response to [redacted] complaints>The water heater was installed to uniform plumbing code standards.Insurance paid for most of the cost to install the unit. The insurance deemed out of pocket cost(Modification) was due for upgrades. She did not agree with the cost .The initial brand new out of box unit was faulty (it had a craked tank). We replaced the faulty unit plus added additional upgrades and gave a discount on the intial price of 400$ to350$.We were then informed that the rating plate on the new unit was missing.I informed her on how to replace the rating plate and the invoice for the upgrades was email to her

Review: [redacted], the owner of All & All Plumbing out of Sacramento was called to our home on an urgent service call to replace our leaking hot water heater. I showed up 4 hours late, removed and replace our hot water heater and left our house before checking to see if the hot water heater leaked and functioned correctly. The hot water leaked from the top and bottom and his replace ment of gas lines left gas leaking into our garage. We called him back out to repair his mistakes and her arrived 4 hours late again and told us that their wasn't a leak. We called out two other plumbers that specialize in hot water heaters and they both agreed that the tank was leaking. A week later our home owners insurance was finally able to get [redacted] back to our house to replace the water heater that he installed. He removed it, left for 20 minutes and retuned with a 'new' hot water heater. He installed it and left our house before checking his work again. This time he removed the serial number and model number as well as the manufacturing date from the new heatrer. WE NOW HAVE NO WARRANTY ON THIS SECOND HOT WATER HEATER THAT HE INSTALLED. He is not returning my phone calls or our home warranty insurance representatives calls. The home warranty company paid him for the heater and we paid him $350 for 'modifications' that he claimed needed to by done on our relatively new home. He never gave us an itemized invoice to show why we needed to pay the extra money.Desired Settlement: I am asking for my $350 for misc. 'modifications' to our hot water heater. I am also asking for either a replacement of a water heater with serial numbers, models numbers, warranty information or the serial numbers/model numbers back from the heater he just installed so I can send in the warranty card for this new unit.

I've included a picture of this warning label with my response. This plumber NEVER should have installed this hot water heater in our home.
