In order to resolve the problem I am willing to trade customer for a new vehicle with lipo battery and all, ordered another one from manufacturer We will refund to his credit card the battery and charger he purchased with it that day and any other item that is in conjunction with the truck As far as the parts to fix the truck, should have only been charged $for all, I have no problem refunding that, thats what we had agreeded upon but its no problem Need to get this resolved Please contact me before coming to be sure I will be here.Thank you, [redacted]

*** *** * can show u all of my receipts to everything I've got from that place and the bull goin on about helpin me fix something that was warrenty anyway I mean come on I can show u the battery that came with it and it's not a Lipo battery I can show u email that it's not right from the company that's the stuff I got wasn't origanal to the box I what I can read and provide to u and prove all my paper work I think it's self explaind

First the car was new, no question about that.  IN 20 years I have never sold a used car as new and I will not.  Called customer on 4-15-16 after getting a truck in to take care of any problems, never returned call.  He bought truck back in day after he purchased it.  He had...

crashed it and broke parts which we had to order. The battery is what came in the truck the company was switching from a nccad to a lepo battery where we purchased it from manufacturer and we got one with  the older style battery.  After seeing box said it had a tip during repair we did not charge customer for some parts or labor to repair which was more than what the battery would have cost.  Mr [redacted]s said he was completely happy with what we had done to correct the problem.  Not sure I remember a problem with the radio.  If Mr [redacted] wants to bring the truck radio and emails from company I will make sure he gets what he should have.  We pride ourselves in taking care of our customers and will do what is right and fair for both of us.  We are sorry they have had the problem and I will take care of it.  Thank you [redacted]
