All American Air Conditioning of Havasu

I purchased a new air conditioner from this company. Two years later, even though I had a service contract, my bedroom ceiling collapsed. This was due to the drain line not being serviced, causing the drain pan to overflow. Water leaked onto the ceiling causeway, and the whole ceiling collapsed. The company was not willing to resolve the issue.

Review: I have used A.A. Air to service our heat pump, for approx. 6 years, including a complete replacement of the system approx. 4 years ago. There system is to bill you $120.00/yr. for one a year service contract and then do the service on a semi/annual basis. I had my most recent checkup on 11/13/15 and paid $120 at that time, which means I have a $60 credit for the spring checkup in or around May 2016. I called and talked to someone in accounting approx. 3 weeks ago and asked for a refund of $60, because we had sold the house and would be gone before the next checkup was due. The lady said that was not part of their policy, but I could transfer the credit to a new owner. (there is no reference to any of this on the service agreement) but she said she would talk to "Larry" who I can only assume is an owner or manager. Never heard a word back, so I mailed a letter addressed to Owner/Manager on 2/20/16 and explained the situation and also said I was willing to recommend A.A. Air to my buyers, but I didn't think it was my place or A.A. Air's place to dictate that they use A.A. Air if that way the only way to get credit for my $60. As of this date 3/2/16 no response to the letter, I guess their policy is ignore it and it will go away!!Desired Settlement: My hope is that A. A. Air will do the right thing and refund $60, which they should have done when I asked for it and gave them the very reasonable reason why!!
