2014, I installed new heat and air conditioning system in *** *** houseHe wanted to add a fresh air intake on the furnace so he could put a solid door on that roomNever had a complaint about the job, in fact they said it was a nice jobOn March 13, 2015, I installed a new fresh air intake ventI checked operation when job was complete and the furnace ran greatOn March 14, 2015, Vince called me to say the furnace was acting upAt this time, I was hours away visiting my new granddaughterAt first he said Monday would be fine and I said I would try to make it on SundayDue to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to make itSo he called someone else who could not fix it until Monday anywayI told Vince I would call early MondayI called him at 7:am Monday and told Vince I could be over in a half hour to rectify the problem at no chargeHe told me he wanted to wait for the other guy and pay him to do the job which made no sense to meI also gave Vince a great price because I did the install for his houseMy time (hours) and material cost me $I feel as though I do not owe MrPepenelli a refund when he would not give me a chance to fix the problemI need to see the receipt for this job in questionThank you All American Air
