Review: On 6/4/14 I had this company come out and repair my fan/motor in my freezer. A month and a half later it was making very loud humming noise. I called and asked them to come check it out and they sent a tech. The noise came and went, off and on, and I informed them of this. The tech came out 2 days later after the service call was placed and the freezer was not making any noise at that time. The tech took his flashlight, looked around my freezer, and stated that the fan was working fine that there was nothing wrong and I needed to call when there is a real problem. I and my 3 children informed him of the sound and he argued with me that there was no sound and that nothing was wrong. I stated that maybe he should look at the parts to make sure they were working properly so that he could really confirm there is no problem. He loudly told me that there is nothing wrong and stated that I wasted his time. I once again explained the sound and he said that I should have called when the problem happened. I informed him that I did call when it started at 8p.m. the night before and left a message, and he rudely asked if I worked at 8p.m. and stated that it was stupid of me to call at that time. I informed him that the web site states that the hours are 6a.m. - 10p.m. and he laughed at me and made some type of comment in his language. I then told him he was being very rude and asked him to leave. He tried to say something else to me and I again told him to leave. He wasn't leaving, he was still saying rude things, and I finally had to tell him that if he didn't leave that I would call the police. He then left my house. 2 weeks later it's making the sound non stop. I have my apartment maintenance come out to see if they can identify the problem by the sound and they stated it was the motor to the fan. I called and spoke to someone at 7:36 a.m. and they told me I would have to pay over 100 dollars in order to have someone check it again. I said he could hear the sound on the phone and he also argued with me.Desired Settlement: I paid $210 for the parts and labor. I am going to have to call out another company to come and repair the problem. I don't feel that I should have to pay over 100 dollars for labor and 20 dollars for a service fee when this was the same problem that was occurring when the tech came out previously to check while it was still under warranty. I would have had no problem paying labor at that time due to the fact that there was a problem, IF it was fixed. The tech did nothing to ensure it was okay.
