Customer called me and said they were going to get the complaint removed because this issue was a misunderstanding

Upon receiving complaint I called customer and made an appointment for technician to come back and take care of the problemWe called the customer this morning and confirmed that issue was resolved and he was satisfiedCustomer stated he would contact Revdex.com to retract complaint

We immediately reached out to the customer after receiving a complaint from the Revdex.com. We were unaware that he had a different problem after the repair. We offered to send our technician out at no cost to our customer to investigate the issue. The customer decided not to proceed with any further...

repairs and agreed that no professional could not have detected the future unseen problems that he experienced.

We called the consumer about his question about the free service call.  I told him there is a coupon in the back of the book for his use.He apologized for filing the complaint and said he would call Revdex.com to have complaint removed. [redacted]
