I am rejecting this response because:This company has zero creditability! I repeatedly asked them to send the claim form by UPS, FedEx or certified mailOnly AFTER I contacted the mayor of Temecula and the Revdex.com, did All American Asphalt mail the form via certified mail on August 16th, more than month after I originally requestedI never refused to accept or sign for a claim formIf this is their response, I am demanding proof from the USPS, that I refused acceptance of the claim formNot only is All American Asphalt underhanded, but their are dishonest and untrustworthyI now have the claim formI received it on 8/17/17, mailed on 8/16/I will mail it to the Revdex.comMAYBE you will have better luck with these liars and isThank you, *** ***

To this date we have mailed out an additional two forms all via certified mail and Mr. [redacted] has refused to sign for them when presented.We have confirmed with him his mailing address and he has been nothing more than hostile to the situation. An original form is required and that is our policy.
