I took my vehicle in for engine repair and Mark's Casa caused damage to other parts of the vehicleI have tried on several occasions to get this resolved and have been unsuccessful1) they damaged radiator hoses, heater components, and admitted to those damagesThey took 2+ months to complete the repairs (Oct-Dec)Once the weather got warmer I used my AC and it did not workIt had worked the day I took it into get repairedI took it in to get looked at in May and was told that the AC had damage to itI asked if it had been damaged along with the heater and radiator hoses and I was immediately shot downI asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was available to talk to meI also complained that the engine was still mis-firing as it did prior to giving outI have brought this to the attention to the service shop to no availOnce I started questioning the damage they did to my vehicle they tried skid around the problems and then it's become nearly impossible to spe
The finance manager talked me into buying additional warranties, maintenance services, vehicle Identification, and a Lo-jack device I was told I could cancel with days I canceled days later and was told that I could not cancel the Lo-jack device I had the Lo-jack installed and signed a paper that I would cancel the rest of the services etc I has been over weeks since I canceled and the money has not been returned to the credit union which financed the car and additional services I have call the dealership manager several times as the financial manager never returned my calls I was told I would pay the credit union back within a week, and now they are saying to give them another week while I continue to pay interest on the $they need to return
